Theresita Perez is a senior counsel attorney for the Lewellen Family Law Group, a practice focused exclusively on family law. Theresita provides expert legal assistance to clients with divorce, child custody matters, post-judgment issues and domestic violence restraining orders. Theresita has over ten years of experience helping her clients navigate divorce, domestic violence proceeding and other family law matters.
Theresita utilizes her knowledge of complex family law cases and passion for helping families through difficult times when approaching each case. Theresita walks each client through the California law and county-specific information while simplifying the legal jargon for the client to understand their individual situation. Theresita’s ability to build client relationships and understand their unique circumstances results in client-centered approach to reach their ideal goal. Whether that’s completing their divorce, obtaining a restraining order or resolving custody matters, Theresita gives her client the legal counseling to secure their best future.
Prior to her family law career Theresita was born in Denver, Colorado and later raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. In her free time Theresita enjoys reading, completing puzzles and swimming. In addition to her hobbies Theresita is also bi-lingual thanks to the three and half years she lived in Spain prior to high school.
